The journal  «Scholarly Research and Information» has been published since 2018. Decision on launcing the journal  was affected by the successful experience gained by Non-for-profit Partnership «National Electronic-information Consortium» (NP «NEICON») in organization  and conducting the regular international scientific-and-practical conferences: «Electronic Resources for Research and Education: Development, Promotion and Use» and  «World-class scientific publication» and in editing and publishing the scientific journals: Mathematics and Mathematical Modeling; Mechanical Engineering and Computer Sciences; Science Editor and Publisher; Safety and Risk of Pharmacotherapy; BIOpreparations. Prevention, Diagnosis, Treatment; Bulletin of the Scientific Centre for Expert Evaluation of Medicinal Products; Ophthalmology in Russia; Siberian Medical Journal; Post-Soviet Issues.

The first journal issue is under development and will be published in October 2018. The journal  is to be indexed at RSCI, Ulrich's Periodicals Directory, and EBSCO Information Sciences
